The practice of naturopathic medicine is licensed and regulated by the majority United States, but the practice is prohibited in only two states, South Carolina and Tennessee. Full license is granted to persons who have completed all requirements education in 13 states and two U.S. states. (Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine Programs Montana, Vermont, New Hampshire, Oregon, U.S. Virgin Islands, Utah and Washington) naturopathy in the United States are similar to that of any medical Naturopathic Canada they include a course of four years of study, teaching and similar programs.
