Hawaii State Government Departments

Can you show me where in Hawaii right there is a distinction between the long and birth certificates in the short form?
I ask this question because birthers keep demanding that Obama showed a "long form" birth certificate. My final question is, would such a document exists, even under Hawaii law? Here is a link to all the Hawaii laws – laws passed by the Legislature of the State: http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/site1/docs/docs.asp And here's a link to all administrative rules of various government departments of the State Of Hawaii: http://hawaii.gov/ltgov/office/adminrules If you think Barack Obama will provide a birth certificate, can you please show me where the Hawaii statutes or administrative rules allow even the existence of such a certificate? Wow … the silence is deafening.
Thirteen minutes and you're still waiting … No, they can not show you what is not. LOL
