Is the University of Hawaii at Meno a good school?
I really want to go to Hawaii for college and they have much of majors that I want! However, I heard that there are many drug addicts in Hawaii and it is not safe and all sorts of things like that. So when I ask this question, I feel more like, is it safe? Would it be a school girl who feel safe to?
You take what you have "heard" with a grain of salt. Nothing compares to actually see for yourself what places are like. Only You can make your own decisions and opinions about a place after the experiment. In all honesty, UH Manoa is secure enough. Course you must use your common sense and not be naive, but that's what all students (espically girls) have to do when it comes to living in a dormitory or off campus. I have friends who dorm at UH Manoa and they are girls. Each college campus has its risks, especially at night, and UH Manoa is no different.
