If this happened, would NCAA finally have a football playoff?
Let’s say all of the teams in major conferences finish with at least 2 losses, and you have 2 undefeated teams from non-BCS conferences.
Would they put say, Hawaii vs. Boise St. in the Championship game?
Would they still leave out these schools?
Either way, would it cause enough of an uproar to usher in a playoff system?
we have way too may stats geeks who watch college football and not enough real fans. a reall football fan would know all this bullshit and hoopla about playoff plays itself out after the conference championship games. the best 2 teams have always played for the national title in the BCS. with the exception of oklahoma playing usc instead of lsu. whats going to happen this year is hawaii is going to go undefeated and win their bcs game and people are going to say see there should be a playoff. then whats going to happen is they are going to play a regular season game the next season and get pasted like boise st did. Hawaii is a fucking joke. South Florida maybe legit. Cincinnati is a fucking joke. the best team in the nation is lsu. and they will end up playing either somebody like oklahoma or usc or maybe even ohio state for the national title.
