Hawaii Property

I am a resident of CA, property in Hawaii, where a supeana was left for me to appear next week!?
I was told that I can file a motion "to leave" based on the fact that I am not a resident of the State of supeana has been issued. I hate having to hire a lawyer and pay to respond. Does anybody know what is the procedure for filing a motion "to leave"? certified mail a letter to counsel for the plaintiff and the courts?
I am not a lawyer, but I think you need a lawyer to file the complaint Hawaii in HA release in the yard. Call the county clerk of HA tomorrow and ask them. Just a phone call. You can get a referral to a lawyer at the office of the PA Attorney General. Just make sure you have the correct county. Moreover, it depends of why the subpoena is issued. Regards, Dan
